Gravy
from the kitchen of Helen Robertson
- 3 T oil
- 3 T flour
- Turkey drippings
- Can of cream of chicken soup
- Broth*
- Corn Starch*
Brown the oil and flour. Add drippings and cream of chicken soup. If too thick, add the broth. If too thin, add the cornstarch until you reach the desired consistency.
